  • 4 salmon fillet 4 ounces each
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper to taste. Arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and cheese. Spoon mixture over salmon.
  4. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until topping slightly browns and fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the heat and serve hot.

Notes

  • Combine the mayo-sweet chili topping and top the salmon just before baking, as the mixture will soften as it stands and will slide off the fish.
