  • 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 400 grams sea scallops
  • 2 wedge lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven to 400F.
  2. In a measuring cup or bowl, combine the melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil.
  3. In a baking dish, line your scallops up in a single layer before pouring the butter mixture over the sea scallops.
