A simple tasty Balsamic salad dressing that will keep in the fridge for at least a week.

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 garlic crushed, clove
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp brown sugar soft
- salt freshly ground
- black pepper freshly ground
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a screw top jar of salad shaker and shake until thoroughly mixed!
