Banana Blondies
Description
The Banana Blondies recipe uses melted salted butter and light brown sugar whipped together before blending in eggs, vanilla, salt, flour, and mashed bananas. This mixture yields a smooth batter poured into a prepared pan and baked until the center is set. The baking produces blondies with a chewy texture and a subtle banana taste throughout.
The brown butter frosting adds complexity with browned butter's nutty aroma mixed with brown sugar, milk, and powdered sugar for a smooth, sweet topping. Once spread over the cooled blondies, the frosting sets to a creamy finish that complements the banana base with rich, caramel-like flavor.
These blondies cut into squares are convenient for serving at gatherings or as a sweet treat with coffee or tea. Cooling fully before frosting ensures the cakes hold their shape when sliced.

Banana Blondies
