Ingredients

  • 3 banana ripe
  • 200 gr all-purpose flour
  • 150 gr butter
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 20 gr brown sugar
  • 2 egg
  • 1 baking powder vanilla, packet
  • ½ baking powder packet
  • 100 gr chocolate chips
  • ½ lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 180°C/375°F (fan).
  2. Prepare the Bananas: Peel the bananas and mash them with lemon juice.
  3. Mix Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, add the sugars to the melted butter and whisk well.
  4. Add Ingredients: Add egg yolks, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix in the banana puree and chocolate chips, then fold in the flour.
  5. Beat Egg Whites: Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold them into the main batter.
  6. Bake: Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan. Decorate with a sliced banana and chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes.Cool and Serve: Let the banana bread rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
