Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 370°F
- Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick baking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together sugar, sour cream, eggs, and butter until creamy.
- Blend in bananas and vanilla.
- Add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until completely blended.
- Pour the batter into the baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool before frosting
