Banana Cake

• 145 gms unsalted butter 10 tbsp
• 200 gms granulated sugar 1 cup
• 100 gms brown sugar ½ cup
• 3 egg
• 300 gms all-purpose flour 2 cups
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp ground cinnamon
• 180 gms sour cream ¾ cup
• 1 ½ cups banana approximately 3 or 4 bananas, mashed

Caramel Icing

• 100 gms unsalted butter 3 1/2 oz
• 150 gms brown sugar 3/4 cup
• 125 ml maple syrup 1/2 cup
• 250 ml heavy cream
