Banana Crepe Filling is my go-to filling and so easy to add to the already easy-to-make sweet crepe. Cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, butter, bananas and more all come together to make one delightful breakfast treat!

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 medium bananas sliced
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sour cream.
- Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Set aside.
- In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar and cinnamon and stir until brown sugar begins to caramelize.
- Gently stir in bananas and cook for 2-3 minutes are caramelized. Remove from heat.
