My recipe for Banana Nut Bread is full of flavor! It's quick, easy and certainly a family classic with minimal ingredients that is seriously addicting!

Ingredients
- 4 Tbs butter softened
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 large bananas
- 1 ⅓ cup flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup chopped walnuts + more for sprinkling on top
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray a 9"x5" loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray, set aside.
- In bowl mash your bananas until smooth.
- In a large bowl beat together your butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Add in your eggs and bananas and beat until combined.
- In another bowl whisk together your flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients and with spoon or spatula fold together until moist.
- Lastly, fold in your nuts.
- Spoon into prepared baking dish and bake for 50-60 minutes until golden and center is done.
