Banana Peanut Butter Overnight Oats
Description
This recipe mixes rolled oats with vanilla yogurt, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, and vanilla protein powder for a creamy base. Adding PBfit peanut butter powder and diced banana enhances the flavor with a peanut and banana combination. The mixture is stirred well, stored in a sealed container, and refrigerated for at least two hours to allow the oats to absorb moisture and soften.
The result is a creamy oat dish that combines sweetness from the banana and yogurt with nutty peanut flavor. It can be eaten cold straight from the fridge or warmed, adding extra milk if reheated for creaminess. The ground cinnamon adds a subtle spice note.
The oats should be consumed within three days, and regular peanut butter may substitute for PBfit powder if needed. The recipe offers a convenient, make-ahead breakfast or snack option.
