Banana Walnut Apple Bread Recipe
Description
The recipe mixes mashed bananas with eggs, sugars, vanilla, and Greek yogurt to form a smooth wet batter, then incorporates chopped apples and walnuts for texture and bursts of flavor. The dry ingredients include all-purpose flour and baking soda, which leaven and provide structure.
Baked in a 9x13-inch pan at 350°F for about 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, the bread develops a lightly golden crust with a moist interior. The sweet and nutty flavors from bananas, apples, and walnuts complement each other, making this bread suitable for breakfast or snack times.
