  • 4 banana
  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 2 apple cored and chopped
  • 2 cups walnuts chopped

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and baking soda.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas.
  4. Add the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt into the mashed banana mixture. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Add the chopped apples and walnuts into the mashed bananas.
