Ingredients

  • 3 pound beef chuck roast
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1 pound Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 medium onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 ounce jalapeno pepper diced, canned
  • Colby jack cheese slices
  • Buns
  • fried onions crispy

Instructions

  1. In the Slow Cooker add beef, bbq sauce, half of the cooked bacon, the onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, brown sugar and half of the jalapenos.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours until the meat falls apart with a fork.
  3. Shred the beef using 2 forks.
  4. Drain most of the liquid from the slow cooker.
  5. Assemble your sandwiches.
  6. Place a slice of cheese down on your bun.
  7. Add the shredded beef.
  8. Top with the leftover bacon and jalapenos.
  9. Top with the crispy fried onions.
