Must trying minced beef stir fried rice

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice leftover
- 1/2 cup beef marinated with a small pinch of salt and pepper, minced
- 1/2 green pepper fresh, diced, measured volume cup
- 1/2 cup red pepper fresh, diced
- 3 garlic sliced, cloves
- 2 tbsp. neutral cooking oil generic cooking oil
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce optional, light
- salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl, marinate beef with pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Pour oil in wok and add garlic slices. Fry over slow fire until aromatic. Transfer the garlic slices out.
- Add minced beef in and fry for a while until aromatic.
- Place rice in and mix well.
- Place light soy sauce, fried garlic and chopped peppers in. Give a big stir fry to mix everything well. Add cumin powder and salt accordingly lastly.
