Beer Cocktail with Vodka, Rum and Grenadine

This cocktail from Mexico features lime juice, vodka, rum, grenadine, and light beer. A specialty of Chef Katsuji Tanabe. Kosher.

Ingredients
- 1 ounce lime juice fresh
- 1 ounce vodka
- 1 ounce rum light
- 1 1/2 ounces grenadine
- 6-8 ice cubes
- 1/2 bottle light beer
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and stir with a long spoon (don’t shake). Taste and add more grenadine for sweetness, if desired. Place 6-8 ice cubes into a highball glass. Pour the cocktail slowly into the highball glass. Serve.

- You will also need: Highball glass, cocktail shaker
