These beer glazed beef ribs have a rich, flavorful glaze and enough time on the grill making them oh so tender!

Ingredients
- 2½ Lbs beef ribs or 8 ribs (or 2 lbs chuck roast cut into even pieces)
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (diced)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can beer (or 1 cup beef broth)
- 1-2 cups water
Glaze
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup beer
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon style mustard

Instructions
- In a large pot add the ribs with the onion, garlic, pepper and beer. Add just enough water to cover the ribs.
- Simmer the ribs for 40-45 minutes just until tender.
- Meanwhile add all the glaze ingredients to a small pot and bring to a boil. Cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Set aside.
- Drain the ribs and place them on a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper and brush the ribs with a thick coat of the glaze.
- Grill the ribs on the preheated barbecue for 10-15 minutes basting and turning frequently until desired crispiness. These can also be done in the oven broiling at 375° for 5-10 minutes to crisp them up.
- Serve with a great salad of your choice.
