Ingredients
- 1 beetroot batch of my
- 1 ricotta cheese
- 1 gnocchi
- 200 ml cream 6.8 oz
- 150 gms gorgonzola dolce the softer and milder one, 5.3 oz
- parmigiano reggiano thinly grated
Notes
- I did not add any salt to my sauce as the cheese was quite “salty” already. You may want to taste it and, if needed, add some salt to yours.
