Berry Cheesecake Fruit Salad

Berry Cheesecake Fruit Salad combines fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries with a whipped mixture of cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla. The creamy, sweet dressing gently coats the berries while graham cracker crumbs add a crisp texture contrast. This chilled salad is ideal as a fruity dessert or a refreshing addition to brunch.

Description

This salad features a blend of fresh berries—strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries—that provide vibrant color and natural sweetness. The dressing is made by whipping heavy cream to stiff peaks, then folding it into a sweetened cream cheese mousse infused with vanilla extract, creating a light yet creamy component that softens the berries’ tang.

The salad is finished by sprinkling crushed graham cracker crumbs around the edges for a subtle crunch and optional mint garnish for freshness. It can be served immediately or kept chilled; adding the graham crackers just before serving helps maintain their texture.

This dessert is a pleasant way to enjoy cheesecake flavors without baking, combining creamy and fruity elements in a single bowl.
