Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 – 1/2 cups frozen berries blueberries & raspberries
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup fat-free fruit yoghurt no added sugar
  • ½ cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed blend or just ground flaxseeds
  • 1 heaped tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter

Instructions

  1. 1 Process all of the above in a powerful enough blender.
