A power packed and delicious breakfast smoothie that is loaded with nutrients and fibre.

Ingredients
- 1 – 1/2 cups frozen berries blueberries & raspberries
- 1 banana
- ½ cup fat-free fruit yoghurt no added sugar
- ½ cup fat-free milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed blend or just ground flaxseeds
- 1 heaped tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
Instructions
- 1 Process all of the above in a powerful enough blender.
