- 1 ½ - 2 cups almond milk (use 2 cups if sharing)
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)
- ½ - 1 banana (add a whole banana for added sweetness or if sharing)
- ½ cup spinach
- 2 tablespoon creamy almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
- ¼ cup ice (optional)
Instructions
