  • 1 ½ - 2 cups almond milk (use 2 cups if sharing)
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder (optional)
  • ½ - 1 banana (add a whole banana for added sweetness or if sharing)
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 2 tablespoon creamy almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • ¼ cup ice (optional)

Instructions
