Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar

Instructions
- Line a 9"x13" with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a double boiler, bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a rolling boil over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly (temp should read 212 Fahrenheit on a candy thermometer).
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. Stir until completely melted.
- Add vanilla and mix well. If you are using nuts, add them now, too.
- Pour into prepared pan and let cool completely.
- Lift foil out of pan and cut into small squares.
Notes
- Walnuts are optional and can be omitted or replaced by other nuts or skipped entirely.
- Cook the sugar mixture to the proper temperature (212°F) for the correct fudge consistency.
