This clove tea recipe is quick, easy, and both healthy and delicious. Enjoy it warm in winter or chilled over ice during summer.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 3 tsp whole cloves
- 1 black tea bag
- 1 tbsp honey see notes
- 1 lice lemon optional
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in a pot on the stove.
- Add the cloves and teabag to a teapot or heatproof container. Carefully pour the boiling water over the cloves in the teapot. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes, depending on how strong you prefer the tea.
- Pour the clove tea into a cup. Sweeten with honey to taste and add a slice of lemon for extra flavor, if desired.
