Best Ever Fantasy Fudge

Best Ever Fantasy Fudge is a rich, creamy chocolate and marshmallow confection blended with chopped walnuts for crunch. The recipe starts by boiling sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to the soft ball stage, then folding in semisweet chocolate chips and marshmallow creme. The result is a dense, smooth fudge with a sweet chocolate flavor and textured walnuts, set in a pan and cooled until firm.

Description

This fudge recipe produces a classic, chewy treat that balances sweet chocolate and creamy marshmallow flavors with the added texture of chopped walnuts. The cooking process involves dissolving sugar in butter and evaporated milk, then boiling the mixture to a specific temperature to achieve the right consistency. Chocolate chips and marshmallow creme are incorporated after removing the pan from heat, melting smoothly into the mixture to create a luscious fudge base.

Once combined, the walnuts provide a crunchy contrast though they can be adjusted to personal preference. The mixture is spread into a prepared pan lined with parchment or foil to prevent sticking and left to cool completely before cutting. This fudge is a versatile sweet that can be cut into bite-sized pieces for snacks, gifts, or dessert.
