Grilled peaches are ULTRA-DELICIOUS summer dessert. Sweet juicy caramelized peaches with smoky flavors from the grill, topped with smooth indulgent vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients
- 3 peaches
- 2 tablespoon canola oil
- ½ cup brown sugar
To serve-
- vanilla ice cream
- Caramel Syrup

Instructions
- Heat up your BBQ.
- To prep the peaches - cut peaches along the seam all the way around using sharp knife. Using both hands twist and open the peach into 2.
- Using a melon baller or scooper remove the pit that will be sticking to one half of the peach.
- With Canola oil whisk in brown sugar.
- Coat every peach half in brown sugar mix evenly on the cut side.
- On medium heat BBQ (grill) begin to grill the peach halves with cut side down. You can brush extra oil over the peaches as it grills.
- Once peaches begin to get grill marks, about 5 minutes (depending on the temperature of your grill) brush the top with oil and turn it over and move it to the low heat side of the BBQ. Cook until peaches are tender but not falling apart.Note – if you wish, sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on grilled side once flipped.
- Remove it from heat. Serve.

- With vanilla ice cream scoop on top
- mascarpone cheese or ice cream
- frozen yogurt for light version
Notes
- How To Select Peaches?
- Pick the ones that are just about ripe but firm. Sturdy and ripe peaches allow them to hold it’s shape when you grill.
- How Long To Grill?
- Peaches really don’t need to be grilled for long. It takes around 8-10 minutes total to perfectly grill peaches. Please note, the time will vary depending on the temperature of your BBQ.
