  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup butter melted, unsalted

For Serving:

  • vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a 9 1/2-inch deep dish pie plate or a similar-sized baking dish. Set aside.

Filling:
