Better Than Starbucks Banana Bread

Better Than Starbucks Banana Bread brings together ripe bananas, flour, sugar, and a hint of vanilla for a classic quick bread with moist texture and subtle sweetness. Optional walnuts add a crunchy contrast that complements the soft crumb. The thick batter yields a tender loaf that can be baked as a large bread, mini loaves, or muffins, adapting easily to the available baking equipment.

Description

Better Than Starbucks Banana Bread uses mashed bananas combined with flour, sugar, and baking soda to create a moist, tender quick bread. The recipe includes a touch of vanilla and a small amount of milk to enrich the batter, which is thick before baking. Baking times vary depending on the pan size, making it flexible for muffins or mini loaves besides a standard loaf. Optional chopped walnuts introduce texture and mild nuttiness that contrasts the soft crumb. The result is a sweetened banana bread that holds together well and offers a balanced banana flavor without added embellishments.

This bread works well sliced for breakfast or snacks and pairs nicely with tea or coffee. It can also be used as a base for additional spreads or toppings, serving as a straightforward and reliable banana bread.
