  • 75 gms yogurt at room temperature
  • 40 gms water warm
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp semolina sooji
  • 1 ½ tbsp ghee
  • 6 gms milk powder
  • vegetable oil for deep frying
