Ingredients
- 50 ml oil
- 500 g lamb diced
- 400 g okra washed and sliced
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 200 ml water

Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown
- Add diced lamb pieces and cook until they turn brown
- Add the spices and minced garlic then cook for 3-4 minutes
- Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and pulpy
- Pour in the water, cover the pan, and let the lamb cook for 40-45 minutes until tender.
- Once the lamb is almost cooked, add sliced okra and cover and cook for 15 minutes until they are tender.
- Serve hot with rice or chapati.

- Ensure the okra is thoroughly washed and dried before slicing to prevent sliminess.
- Adjust the spice levels according to your preference.
- You can add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra tanginess if desired.
