Big Mac Cheeseburger Salad

That famous cheeseburger everyone knows is transformed into a delicious Big Mac Cheeseburger salad without all carbs! It even has the special sauce!

Ingredients
- 1 pound grass-fed ground beef 85% cooked
- 8 cups romaine lettuce thinly shredded
- ⅔ cup grape tomatoes halved
- ⅔ cup cheddar cheese grated
- ½ cup pickle slices no sugar
- ¼ Red Onions sliced
- ½ Thousand Island Dressing recipe
- ½ teaspoon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet to medium heat and add in the ground beef. Add salt and pepper, then cook until meat it has browned. Drain and set aside, while you assemble the salad.
- Take the Thousand Island dressing and add in the mustard and smoked paprika. Whisk until well combined.
- In a large salad bowl, add in the shredded lettuce, ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, tomatoes, sliced pickles and red onions. Top with the dressing, toss and serve.
