  • 1000 grams Untreated White Flour
  • 600 grams water
  • 5 grams fresh yeast

Instructions

  1. Add your flour, water and salt to mixing machine
  2. Mix on slow speed for 5 minutes followed by 3 minutes on high speed
  3. Refrigerate the dough for at least 8 hours before using it in your bread recipes.
