Instructions
- In a small bowl, add yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Stir together to combine.
- In a large bowl, add strawberries, bananas, apples, cantaloupe, pineapple, and blueberries. Gently toss together to combine.
- Evenly divide the mixed fruit into 4 bowls, then drizzle 1/4 cup of the sweet cream mixture on top of each bowl.
- Top each bowl with your desired toppings. Crunchy granola, sliced almonds, honey, chopped nuts, raisins, and even shredded coconut are all great ideas!
Notes
- I prefer using plain yogurt as it gives the cream a thinner consistency, but you can use plain Greek yogurt if you prefer a thicker consistency.
- You can use
- Mexican crema
- instead of sour cream if you are able to get it near you.
- You can make double the amount of the sweet cream mixture if you’d like to use more of it for each bowl. I find that it’s too sweet if you add more, but feel free to double it if you have a sweet tooth!
