These 4 ingredient haystack cookies are shaped like bird's nests and filled with mini chocolate eggs. Birds nest cookiesare a cute and delicious Easter treat!

Ingredients
- 4 cups Chow Mein noodles
- 1 cup peanut butter creamy
- 1 ½ cups butterscotch chips
- 36 Mini chocolate easter eggs Cadbury eggs, M&M eggs, or Hershey eggs

Instructions
- Add peanut butter and butterscotch chips to a saucepan over low heat. Stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Place chow mein noodles in a large mixing bowl. Scoop melted peanut butter mixture into bowl and stir to coat the noodles.
- Scoop the cookie mixture into muffin tin. Press down in the middle of each cookie to make an indentation, like a bird's nest.
- Place muffin tin in the fridge to chill for at least 30 minutes, until the cookies are hard.
- Gently remove each cookie from pan and place 3-4 candy eggs on top.
