Make these adorable birds nest cookies for Easter! These are simple no-bake spring time treats with only 4 ingredients that taste fabulous.

Ingredients
- 4 cups Chow Mein noodles
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups butterscotch chips
- 36 Mini chocolate easter eggs such as Cadbury eggs

Instructions
- Put the peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a small saucepan. Heat them over low heat, stirring, until completely melted.
- Or you can combine the peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave it in 30-second increments, stirring vigorously in between.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted mixture with the chow mein noodles and mix well
- Using a muffin pan, fill each spot with a spoonful of the chow mein mixture. If you have a silicone muffin pan, use it, it will be easier to take the nests out.
- Make a small indent in each cookie to create the nest look. Use a rounded spoon like a tablespoon to make the indent.
- Chill in the refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes or until nests feel firm.
- Use a butter knife around the outer edge of the nest and carefully take them out. If they are in a silicone muffin pan, gently press on the bottom to pop them out.
- Top each with 3 or 4 chocolate candy eggs each.
