Biscuit Pizzas

Report
Biscuit Pizzas transform canned biscuits into mini pizza bases topped with pizza sauce, shredded cheese, and pepperoni. Flattened biscuits are topped individually then baked until golden and bubbly. These bite-sized pizzas offer a convenient and customizable snack or meal option with a soft yet slightly crisp base and familiar pizza toppings.

Description

Biscuit Pizzas start by flattening canned biscuit dough onto a baking sheet. Each biscuit is then spread with a spoonful of pizza sauce, followed by shredded cheese—such as mozzarella or cheddar—and pepperoni slices or other favorite pizza toppings. The pizzas bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 9 to 12 minutes until the biscuit edges turn golden and slightly brown.

The result is a soft, pillowy base from the biscuit dough with melted, savory cheese and a slightly tangy tomato sauce complementing the pepperoni. These small pizzas offer a quick way to enjoy traditional pizza flavors in an easy-to-make format.

Biscuit Pizzas work well as a casual meal or party snack. Cooking multiple at once makes them convenient for serving groups, and toppings can be varied for personal preference or dietary needs. Cooling slightly after baking helps the cheese to set and makes them easier to handle.
