Ingredients
- lemon wedge
- 1 oz. blackberry shrub
- sparkling wine or Champagne, chilled
Instructions
- Squeeze lemon into the bottom of a champagne flute (or a long and narrow wine glass). Pour in 1 oz. of Blackberry Shrub. Top off with sparkling wine or Champagne, stirring gently to combine.
