Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons golden flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk from the carton, vanilla flavored, unsweetened
  • 10 liquid stevia drop
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons MCT oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons banana extract
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients together into a blender. I'm using a Ninja Blender with Mini Ninja attachment.
  2. I prefer to wait a few minutes so that the flax and chia seeds have enough time to soak up some of the moisture.
  3. Blend for 1-2 minutes until everything is incorporated well, then serve up!
