Blueberry Biscuit Bake

This Blueberry Biscuit Bake is a sweet breakfast casserole with blueberries, canned biscuits, and oats. Super simple and tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can Biscuits cut into fourths
  • 1/2 /2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 /2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • blueberries fresh
  • 1/4 /4 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a 9" baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar and cinnamon. Dip each biscuit quarter in the melted butter, then in the brown sugar mixture. Place in a single layer on the bottom of the baking dish with all the pieces.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of oats on top of the biscuit pieces.
  4. Toss the blueberries with the granulated sugar. Add half the blueberries on top of the oats. Repeat with the remaining 1/2 cup of oats and remaining blueberries. Drizzle any leftover butter on top.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until biscuits are cooked through and golden brown. Serve warm.
