- 480 gms – 2 cups heavy cream
- 225 gms – 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
- 415 gms – 14 oz. condensed milk
- ½ tsp lemon zest grated
- cookie crumbs
Blueberry Mixture
- 225 gms – 1 ½ cup blueberries
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp water
- ½ tsp cornstarch + 1 Tbsp water
