Ingredients

Fruit

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon milk

Cobbler

  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Topping

  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • sprinkle of sugar

Instructions

Fruit

  1. In the bottom of your mug, add in the granulated sugar and flour. Stir to combine.
  2. Add in the blueberries and milk. Stir to cover the blueberries with the sugar/flour mixture.

Cobbler

  1. In a small mixing bowl, add in the melted butter, sugar. Stir to combine.
  2. Add in the vanilla bean paste, vanilla extract and milk. Stir.
  3. Add in the flour and baking powder. Stir until incorporated.
  4. Pour the cobbler mixture on top of the blueberries.
  5. Sprinkle the top of the batter with cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Place in the microwave. Heat for 1 minute and 35 seconds. I have a 900 watt microwave.
  7. Let cool slightly and eat.

Notes

  • If you happen to have any leftover Blueberry Cobbler Mug Cake, place in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. You can reheat in :30 second increments in the microwave.
