Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh or 32 ounces frozen blueberries
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 16 ounce box vanilla cake mix*
- ½ cup 1 cube unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 12 inch round oven safe skillet or baking dish.
- Add berries to prepared dish and cover with lemon juice.
- Dump contents of cake mix onto blueberries and shake pan to evenly distribute. Cover with melted butter.
- Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 35-45 minutes.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
- Weight of cake mixes depends of brands. Its okay if the weight is a little off from the recommended 16 ounces.
