Blueberry White Chocolate Cookies
Description
The cookie dough combines all-purpose flour with salt, baking soda, and baking powder to create a balanced leavening and texture base. Unsalted butter at room temperature is creamed with granulated and brown sugars until light and fluffy, which contributes to softness and moisture retention. Eggs and vanilla extract add structure and flavor depth. Folding in fresh blueberries and white chocolate chips introduces juicy fruit bursts and creamy sweetness throughout the cookie.
Portioned with a large scoop onto parchment-lined sheets, the cookies bake at 350°F for 9 to 10 minutes, developing lightly golden edges while maintaining a tender center. Cooling on racks helps preserve their texture. This combination yields cookies that hold their shape, avoid excess spread, and carry a fruity, creamy profile perfect for teatime or casual gatherings.
