- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 onion finely chopped, medium
- 2 garlic chopped, cloves
- 500 gms ground beef or lamb, 1 lb
- 3 tbsp parsley finely chopped, fresh
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper freshly ground
- ¾ tbsp paprika sweet

- 1 filo pastry package
- 50 gms butter melted, 1/4 cup
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 egg lightly beaten + 1 tsp water
- PLAIN yogurt to serve
