  • 1 onion finely chopped, medium
  • 2 garlic chopped, cloves
  • 500 gms ground beef or lamb, 1 lb
  • 3 tbsp parsley finely chopped, fresh
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • ¾ tbsp paprika sweet

  • 1 filo pastry package
  • 50 gms butter melted, 1/4 cup
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 egg lightly beaten + 1 tsp water
  • PLAIN yogurt to serve
