These Bourbon Cinnamon Sugar Pecans are one of our family's favorite holiday sweets. Perfectly sweet with just a hint of cinnamon and bourbon make this a great sweet snack for your holiday baking exchange, or keep them all for yourself. We won't tell.

Ingredients
- 1 Pound pecan halves
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 1 Tablespoon bourbon
- 1 egg white
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Combine the sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl and mix to combine.
- In a second bowl, beat together the egg white, bourbon, and vanilla until foaming.
- In a bowl with a lid, toss the pecan halves with the egg white mixture until evenly coated.
- Add in the sugar mixture and toss to combine.
- Preheat your oven or smoker to 350 degrees.
- Evenly spread the pecans on a cookie sheet or foil pan and cook for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool before eating.
