Bread Machine Garlic Bread Pull Apart Rolls

Bread Machine Garlic Bread Pull Apart Rolls combine homemade pizza dough with a garlic, olive oil, and parsley coating, enclosing cheddar cheese in each dough ball. This recipe yields soft, pull-apart rolls with a flavorful garlic brush and melted cheese center. Conveniently made using a bread machine and cooked in an air fryer for a crisp, golden finish.

Description

Bread Machine Garlic Bread Pull Apart Rolls start with pizza dough made in a bread machine, shaped into dough balls filled with small chunks of cheddar cheese. The rolled dough balls are arranged closely in a silicone party ring to maintain shape while baking. A garlic puree blended with olive oil and parsley is brushed over the dough, imparting aromatic flavor. Cooking in an air fryer crisps the outside while keeping the inside soft and cheesy.

The rolls can be served warm as a side or snack, offering a tasty garlic bread experience in pull-apart form. The melted cheddar adds a gentle richness to the tender bread.

For easier application, the garlic-olive oil mixture can be gently warmed to soften butter if used as an alternative to olive oil. Alternatively, baking on a pizza pan with a ramekin of dip resembles a party ring presentation. This method and ingredient choices offer flexibility for home bakers using bread machines and air fryers.

Ingredients

Servings

Kitchen Gadgets:

  • Bread Machine
  • Silicone Party Ring

Bread Machine Garlic Bread Ingredients:

  • 500 g pizza dough bread machine
  • 1 Tsp Garlic puree
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tsp parsley
  • 30 g cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Make your pizza dough in your bread machine. While it is mixing add your garlic, extra virgin olive oil and parsley to a ramekin and mix well.
  2. When the bread machine beeps remove the dough and make into medium sized balls.
  3. In the centre of each of the balls add a small chunk of cheese. Then roll it back up so that the cheese is hidden.
  4. In your silicone party ring add your balls, one at a time, until there is no gaps. Brush the tops and sides of the dough balls with your garlic ramekin ingredients until they are all well coated.
  5. Place in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 180c/360f.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • If using butter instead of olive oil, warming it briefly helps create a smooth garlic butter coating.
  • Arranging dough balls closely in a silicone party ring maintains their shape while cooking in the air fryer.
  • Cooking can be done on a pizza pan with a ramekin dip for a party ring effect if an air fryer is unavailable.
