Breaded Pork Cutlets with Lime
Description
This recipe starts with seasoning pork cutlets lightly and then dipping them into beaten egg whites mixed with Sazon seasoning before coating with seasoned breadcrumbs. The cutlets are cooked either by air frying or pan frying in olive oil until golden and no longer pink inside. The breading forms a crisp exterior while keeping the meat tender.
Lime wedges accompany the dish to add a fresh, tangy contrast that enhances the pork's flavor. This preparation highlights straightforward ingredients and cooking techniques that produce a crunchy yet juicy result.
