Breathe new life into your leftovers with my easy Brisket Nachos recipe! Tender, juicy shreds of beef crown a pile of crunchy corn tortillas, then are topped with melty cheese and your favorite toppings for a hearty meal that's perfect for game day and beyond!
Ingredients
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cooked brisket
- 1 cup Chihuahua cheese or queso Oaxaca shredded
Toppings
- guacamole
- Pico de Gallo
- sour cream
- jalapeño slices
Instructions
- Layer chips in the base of your skillet, top with shredded brisket (or the meat of your choice), and sprinkle with cheese. Pop the whole thing in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes, until everything gets nice and warm.
