Broiled Shrimp with Garlic Butter - easy oven broiled shrimp recipe with lots of minced garlic and butter. Moist, juicy and delicious shrimp that takes only 15 mins to make!

Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) Shrimp shelled and deveined, thawed and pat dry with paper towels
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- Lemon wedges
Instructions
- Set the oven to the Broil setting. Thaw the frozen shrimp and pat them dry with paper towels. Transfer the shrimp to a baking dish and season with salt and ground black pepper.
- Add the minced garlic and butter to the shrimp, and stir to combine well.
- Broil the shrimp for about 8 minutes, or until they are cooked through. Remove from the oven, top with chopped parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
