Brown rice cakes recipe – These easy to make baked brown rice cakes are delicious, healthy and made in a fun way to get kids to kids to eat them.

Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup of brown rice UNCOOKED
- 3/4 Cups of water
- 1 egg large
- 1 Tablespoons of all purpose flour you may use gluten free flour
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit
- Place ALL ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor
- Blend or process until all the rice is pulverized and mixture resembles a liquid
- Pour the mixture into a greased donut pan, muffin tin or other pan. If using silicone, there's no need to grease the pan
- Bake for 20-30 minutes or until they are crispy
- Enjoy!
