Description
Brownie Bites start by mixing melted butter, vegetable oil, and sugars until smooth. Eggs and vanilla extract are added and blended well for moisture and flavor. Ingredients
- 1 cup butter cooled, melted
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 4 egg room temperature
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chips milk or semi sweet
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease mini muffin tin with cooking spray pretty well.
- In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, oil and sugars and whisk well.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix another 2 minutes.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
- Fold dry ingredients in with wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into greased muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let sit in pan for an additional 10-15 minutes then remove from pan and let cool.
