Brownie Cookie Recipe

Brownie Cookie Recipe yields rich chocolate cookies blending melted butter, chocolate chips, sugar, eggs, and cocoa powder. The dough is chilled then baked until set, producing a fudgy texture with chunks of semi-sweet chocolate throughout.

Description

This Brownie Cookie Recipe begins by melting butter and chocolate chips together, cooled before being combined with sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Dry ingredients including flour, baking cocoa, baking powder, and salt are folded in, followed by more chocolate chips. After chilling briefly, dough scoops are baked at 350°F for 10 minutes until set.

The cookies have a fudgy brownie-like interior from the chocolate-butter base and cocoa powder, with additional chocolate chunks adding texture and pockets of melted chocolate. The exterior firms slightly while the center remains soft, displaying a dense chocolate flavor characteristic of brownies but in cookie form.
