- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder sifted, dark
- 11 ounces dark chocolate coarsely chopped, 310g
- 1 cup butter unsalted, cut into 1-inch pieces, 8oz/225g
- 1½ cups (12oz/340g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar 4 oz/112 g; packed
- 5 egg at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- vanilla ice cream good quality
- 1 cup almonds toasted and chopped, optional, 8oz/225g
- chocolate for sandwiches
- 1 cup coconut oil melted, 8oz/225g
- 3 cups ( 11/2lbs/775g) good quality chocolate (72% cocoa solids)
